They are before the throne of God, and he who sits upon the throne will shelter them with his presence. ~ Revelation 7.15
Rejoice and be Glad! The kingdom of God has been given to the poor and the hungry. The kingdom of Heaven belongs to the meek and the broken-hearted. This Sunday, as we celebrate the Feast of All Saints, we will join our voices with those who have praised God across time and space. We will hear some of the most profound and healing words ever spoken - the Sermon on the Mount. On All Hallows Eve (Halloween) we may have given or received candy, but words truly sweet to the human spirit were given by Jesus in that speech. Blessed are the poor, theirs is the kingdom of God. These words have inspired people through the ages to live differently, and they continue to inspire us today. Please join us this Sunday, November 3, 2019 to worship God, to hear the holy words of life, and to break bread together.
